We are a well-established family owned company that was founded in 1989 by Jim and Geri Nixon.  Jim Nixon, a retired police officer and constable, wanted to create a process serving company with high ethical standards and professionalism.

Eventually, the Nixon's son, Randall Azure and his wife, Karen Azure, became the owners and remain the owners today.  Proud members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), our standards have never changed and we remain a family owned company able to accurately process thousands of legal documents per month.

We have many clients who exclusively use us because of our ethics, affordability, knowledge, dependability and quick turnaround.  Our hard work, organization, attention to detail and efficiency along with a fun and friendly staff has given us a great reputation.
